The standard queen room here was modern and comfy, and it had everything I needed like a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. 🌟 Plus, the great service and attention to details really stood out!

Friendly staff. We had the two nights at the beginning and night at the end of the trip; my children forgot a little bag and had it put away so they gave it to us the last night. They have 3 parking spaces at the door which is very comfortable, they even park the car for you. Breakfast is very good; buffet with salty (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, sliced Sicilian cheese, cold cuts), sweet (cannolis one day but not the rest, various types of cakes, croissant, etc), good capsule coffee, cozy space, good dishes.. We had a very spacious triple room, with comfortable beds. bathroom was old-fashioned but spacious, with toiletries including a box of tissues, hair dryer, soft white towels, shower screen. Minibar. location is good, next to the Politeama, makes entering and leaving the hotel comfortable through the new part of Palermo, avoiding the center which is a horror of traffic and restricted access areas that makes you lose a lot of time. hotel is old, well maintained. room is exactly as it appears in the photos. with 24-hour reception.
Shower too small. It is next to a square that is a meeting place for young people on weekends so there is a lot of noise, but in our case it was not disturbing because we had the room on the eighth floor. I guess it will be worse on the ground floors.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, clean room. We asked for a room with a balcony, they gave it to us. balcony was conditional... 40 centimeters wide. Breakfasts were great, it's hotter. Omelette, sausages, roasted bacon, cold snacks, water, juices, coffee made on request, brought to the table, one in the heated tank is creepy, do not even try it. We loved it. price-quality ratio is high.
Next to the hotel there is a mini square at the crossroads of small streets, where the nightlife is bustling. On Saturday night, we woke up to music screaming in the street. At one o'clock in the morning. We're on the eighth floor! With the windows closed! In this square on Saturday and Sunday nights meat and sausages are roasted on fire, fish are sold, music is played from small cars (for all power),... everyone writes what's dirty in the streets. Yes, dirty. Downtown's clear, one step aside, that's all... They don't have garbage cans and they throw garbage in bags all over the street. garbage is cleaned up, next day there's a new dump. Although the hotel itself is indirectly affected...

Nice furnishings and decor of the room, everything is comfortable, everything is available. Only the fridge wasn't cooling at all... Breakfast is quite good for Italy - coffee is brewed, there is a warm omelette, rest is as usual in the range... location I liked - on the border of the districts - one way via Libertà with shops and wine bars, historical center the other way, to the sea and outskirts of the already proletarian districts, with garbage and other attributes. this is Palermo, all this is neighboring and takes place... bus stop at the airport is close, it's convenient. train station is not close, you can take the bus. I got there on foot. It's not recommended in the heat... hotel staff is nice, kind.
Yes, it is very noisy in the evenings, on Friday and Saturday under the windows there is a party - people sit at tables and just stand, sit on motorcycles, local youth gather. The music is very loud, you can't sleep without earplugs. It didn't spoil my sleep, I was ready.

Staff is kind and helpful. Room was big with good sound proofing and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Hotel is located near to Politeama.
Neighborhood is not nice as hotel is located next to one of Palermo’s markets. So if you plan to have there romantic weekend I’m not sure that this is the best choice – wandering late night to hotel was not the nicest experience. They have a super-massage-shower which is an interesting experience but you have to be really tiny person. We usually don’t have problems with small Italian showers but that massage equipment takes a half of shower cabin space so you literally have no space. And I couldn’t adjust shower pot for my height (1.80 m), so you have to sit or hold that pot to get your head washed.

We were given nice cosy room with holes in the paint, an interesting view, the good buffet breakfast. Liked the location to a square that also functions as a bus terminus
